About our Cirrhosis Support Group:
Our group addresses all kinds of liver disease (no matter the cause). We have members that are dealing with all types of liver disease.
Some of our members are dealing with compensated cirrhosis (not at the point of needing a transplant), while others are dealing with decompensated cirrhosis (dealing with complications such as ascites, varices, encephalopathy, etc.)
Some of our members are dealing with liver cancer.
Some of our members are not interested in liver transplant, some of our members are waiting for transplant, some of our members have already received their transplant.
Some of our members are caregivers (or family or friends) of patients.
Our goal is to provide support by sharing experiences and information.
